Notice the colors, textures, flavors and aromas. As you picture your garden salad, your eye may be naturally drawn to your favorite vegetable. Your favorite vegetable is delicious on its own, but you can add zest to your salad by adding more vitamins, energy, and diversity with an array of vegetables. As you visualize your garden, hear the crunch of a crispy carrot, the tang of a spicy pepper, the texture of a tender green bean, and the sweet juiciness of a tomato. Try stevia, lemon balm, sweet cicely, and angelica. Plant herbs in your windowsill or garden. Stevia is 3x sweeter than sugar. Replace half of the sugar in your recipe with 1/3 stevia.
